As part of Cultural Connection Day on 23 April 2026, international and domestic students were able to obtain information about our library services and available databases at the ELTE University Library booth on the Lágymányos Campus.
The university event, held in the Gömb Auditorium, was organized around the theme of “Friendship Without Borders,” with the participation of approximately 27 embassies, 15 civil society organizations and student associations, and representatives from more than 30 countries, organised by the International Student Advisory Committee (ISAC), ELTE EHÖK, and INSINC, with the support of the ELTE International Strategic Office. At the event, both domestic and international students visited the ELTE University Library and Archives booth, learning about the wide range of opportunities and services offered by the library, as well as the benefits and programs provided by the international community space established as part of the BoYL project. Our library is committed to supporting the university’s internationalization efforts and strategic goals, with a particular focus on the integration of international students, the development of services tailored to their needs, community building, and the preservation of cultural diversity.
